Erica Harris (Softball: Hitting, Fielding, & Throwing Instructor)

Our New Girls Fast Pitch Softball
Instructor graduated from
Navarro Junior College where
she was a two year participant of the NC Lady Bulldogs Softball Team.
Erica has also graduated from
Delta State University
where she was a 2 year member of the Lady Statesmen Softball Team.
During her four years of college softball years, the two teams she
played for made it to post season play-offs. Her Navarro College Team in
2005 won the Conference and the Regional Championships which advanced
them to the Junior College World Series where they placed 9th
in the entire nation. Her individual honors from college include: NJCAA
All Conference All Star in 2005 and 2006, Regional honors, and a three
time Academic All-American. Erica graduated from College with a high GPA
along with achieving (Dean’s List, Phi Theta Kappa, etc). She was a 4
year starter, a combined .327 batting average with 548 At Bats during
her College Softball career.
     Erica
also attended Cy-Fair High School where they went to the Play-Offs all
of her four years. She received the Best Defensive Player Award and was
selected two times to the All-District Team. She specializes in hitting
and outfield play, but she is also good at teaching infield play,
throwing, base running, and bunting fundamentals. In addition to her
playing abilities, she has six years experience of instructing and
directing Baseball and Softball Camps at Miracles Baseball
Academy while partnering with other Organizations such as the Houston
Astros & The Boys & Girls Clubs of America. “E’ (her nickname) has been
playing tournament softball since age twelve and has played in various
State, Regional, & National World Series Events. Miracles
Baseball/Softball Academy is excited to add her to our Team of
Awesome Credible Instructors…
